A Her Seat Conversation: Behind Closed Doors

Date: 4th March 2026
Time: 11:30am - 3:30pm
Location: Sydney, Australia

Behind Closed Doors is an intimate, in-person conversation created for women who lead and are ready to step beyond surface-level dialogue.

This is a room created for the conversations that shape how women make decisions, hold power, and carry responsibility. The conversations that rarely make it into public spaces or polished narratives. What actually happens behind closed doors. The parts of leadership that are felt deeply, navigated quietly, and often carried alone.

This event is for women who have outgrown surface level conversations and are craving something more honest and more real. An intimate afternoon of shared perspective, lived experience, and the moments we rarely speak about out loud, even though they shape everything.

If you’re ready to bring what happens behind closed doors into an honest, held conversation, and to challenge yourself in the process, this is for you.

The Long Table Gathering - Inaugural event

Date: 26th July 2025
Time: 11:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Sydney - The Crown

An intimate afternoon bringing together women in business for thoughtful conversation and shared perspective. Set around a long table with good food and an easy pace, the luncheon created space for honest discussions on business, leadership, and the season each woman was in.

Facilitated by Zoe Dunlea, the conversation was grounded, open, and deeply considered. A gathering that reflected what Her Seat does best. Bringing the right women into the same room and letting real connection do the rest.
