These Terms of Service govern your access to and participation in Her Seat.
By applying for membership, joining the community, or attending any Her Seat event or session, you agree to these terms.
Membership eligibility
Her Seat is a curated community for women who own or lead their own businesses. Membership is granted at our discretion following an application and review process.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Membership tiers
Her Seat offers multiple membership tiers, including Connected and Main Table. Each tier has different inclusions, pricing, and access levels.
We reserve the right to modify offerings within each tier as the community evolves.
Code of conduct
All members agree to uphold the values of Her Seat, including:

Generosity
Integrity
Confidentiality
Her Seat is not a sales, pitching, or referral group. Unsolicited selling, pressure tactics, or misuse of the community for personal gain are not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that breaches these values.
Community interactions
Members are responsible for their own interactions, meetings, and communications. Her Seat facilitates connection but does not guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or results.
Members agree to meet in public venues when required and to act with professionalism at all times.
Payments and billing
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Payments are processed via third-party providers.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
No guarantees
Her Seat does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, referrals, revenue, or growth. The value of the community depends on participation, alignment, and engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Her Seat is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from participation in the community, events, or member interactions.
Members participate at their own discretion and risk.
Advice disclaimer
Any advice, insights, or information shared by members, experts, or guests within the Her Seat community is provided for general discussion purposes only. Her Seat does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or business advice, and is not responsible for the accuracy, suitability, or outcomes of advice shared between members. Members are responsible for their own decisions and are encouraged to seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Intellectual property
All Her Seat content, materials, branding, and programs remain the intellectual property of Her Seat. Members may not copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without permission.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if these Terms are breached or if continued participation is deemed misaligned with the community.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
