The Round Table Gathering - Inaugural event

This gathering centred around one of the most pivotal moments we all experience in life and leadership: the fork in the road.

We welcomed a mindset coach who guided the room through a powerful conversation on decision making, encouraging each woman to reflect on the moments in life where a single choice can alter the direction of everything that follows.

Through guided reflection and open conversation, women were invited to imagine different paths ahead and consider how the decisions we make today shape the lives we step into tomorrow.

As the conversation deepened, many women shared personal stories about defining moments that had shaped who they had become. For some, these were challenging seasons or experiences that had profoundly shifted their perspective, their priorities or their direction.

What made the gathering so meaningful was the sense of understanding in the room. Women spoke openly about the experiences that had shaped them and found comfort in being heard by others who could relate in their own way.

The discussion reminded us that while our journeys are all unique, there is something powerful about sharing space with women who understand the weight of the decisions we carry.
