Her Seat has partnered with the incredible team at Steakbabes to bring you a Friday night that is equal parts nourishing and memorable. Across a four course steak dinner, we are exploring everything you never knew you needed to know about steak — and why it actually matters for women.

We will cover the cuts worth knowing, how to cook them properly, and the one thing most women are not talking about enough — iron, nutrition, and what your body is actually asking for. Steakbabes brings the expertise and the fun. Her Seat brings the room. And Millon Wines brings the bottle.
