We didn't do this the way we'd normally recommend.

Even with a background in business and brand strategy, we didn't start Her Seat. with market research, a branding workshop, or a strategy document. We started with a feeling — a gut sense that there was a gap in the market for women in business who wanted real connection, not performative networking. We trusted that instinct and we went.
