Behind Closed Doors is an intimate, in-person conversation created for women who lead in their own businesses and are ready to step beyond surface-level dialogue.
This is a room designed to explore the realities of leadership and ownership that rarely make it into public spaces or polished narratives. Across the afternoon, the conversation will explore where confidence actually comes from and what it means to build it from the inside out. The difference between genuine competence and the constant pull toward external affirmation. And the biology of fear and growth — what is actually happening in your body when you are being stretched, and how understanding that changes the way you lead.
The conversation is guided by two respected voices who work closely with women navigating these exact realities.
Sheena is a burnout therapist working with high-achieving women who are tired of performing their strength. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system health, identity, and the emotional weight that leadership quietly accumulates. Sheena brings honest, grounded language to the experiences women in business are living but rarely saying out loud.
Brigette Panetta is a transformational mentor and speaker who helps women rise after adversity, heal through forgiveness, and return to their sovereign selves. Brigette transformed her healing into purpose through the creation of The Brigette Method and her course Rediscover Your Sovereign Self. Her work guides women back into their body, mind, and soul through nervous system regulation, somatic healing, emotional self inquiry, forgiveness practices, and wealth sovereignty — supporting them to move from survival into true sovereignty.
Together, they explore leadership as it is actually lived, not how it is presented.
The afternoon also includes a catered long table lunch, intentionally designed to allow space for reflection, integration, and continued conversation beyond the stage.
This experience is for women who lead with an open heart, who are willing to sit with discomfort, and who see honest conversation as a catalyst for growth. This is not a passive afternoon.
